Each spin: server commits to a 32-byte seed before play, runs BLAKE3 keyed-hash with rejection sampling for unbiased reels, publishes a digest you can verify against the reveal. Audit trail is Ed25519-signed with a per-session hash chain. Tamper anywhere, verification fails everywhere downstream.
